Surface is completely wet mint, however, when I saw one of the pictures, it appeared to show a small hairline fracture at the seam (see 4th pic) I scrutinized it under loupe for a length of time, and on one hand it appears to only be following the Swirl design, but I had to note it here as it does look suspicious both in pics and under loupe
