Unusual piece, most certainly one of a kind. Looks to be Nearing End of Cane with half white ribbon blending out into a blue clear jelly like an incomplete panel. That blue really makes this piece stand out. If you turn it upside down the white appears to "bloom" upwards. Two little chips, one small flatter and round, the other more oval and slightly deeper. A cople of fleas as well. Superb thick lutz bands on either side. .66" wide, out of round of the axis and smaller sized from pontil to pontil at.. 61"
